I just wanted to review this company Goldberg Executive Realty Group LLC. I purchased some Miami Preconstruction Real Estate Properties from them over the last few months and the expierence has been just awesome. I didn't even know what kind of Miami Preconstruction Real Estate Property I wanted and within a day after calling MArk had several healthy projects for me to choose from. I really admire the amount of duediligence MArk put into in his research and he explained excatly what real estate in Miami was worth buying and which ones he thought may go belly up before the ground is broke. As I'm sure alot of you know buying preconstruction real estate in Miami is getting harder to harder to find (especially good investments with a good developer) . Thanks to Markn I purchased a poroperty in a few short days and plan on flipping it in early next year. I've been working with Goldberg Executive Realty for a little over 2 weeks now searching for the ultimate preconstruction real estate property in either the Orlando, Miami Ft. Lauderdale, Las Vegas, or South Florida area. After talking on the phone once a day for about 5 days I found a property that was just a perfect fit for me. The property was in South Florida and the price was excellent because I bought in the preconstruction phase. Since I purchased this South Florida preconstruction real estate property it has already jumped in price and because the developer offers assignability I could sell this project early and make some quick money that I can reinvest into another South Florida project (or maybe two). If you're looking for a Florida Preconstruction Real Estate property do yourself a favor and go with a company that will take the time and explain the ups and downs of each project and let you make the decision if you want it or not. While Goldberg Executive Realty was more then willing to give their advice they weren't pushy and seemed to have my best interests in mind. Hello, This is a review of the Florida investment real estate brokerage Goldberg Executive Realty Group. I've recently purchased a Florida investment property from this company and I am more then happy with the outcome. The company was very polite and explained at the different investment real estate developments going on in Florida and gave me their advice on which one to buy. I have never bought an investment property in Florida before and I didn't know what to expect but Goldberg Executive Realty made it very easy for me and I really felt like they took the time to show me the facts about investing in Florida real estate properties. I ended up choosing a great property in Orlando Florida but I had a huge selection of quality projects to choose from including developments in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and Las Vegas. When I talked with other investment real estate brokerages they seem to focus on one specific property and kept trying to sell it. Mark Goldberg ended up explaining to me that is because that specific property was paying it's brokerages higher commissions and that's why the brokerage was so set on selling me that property. In closing I had a very good experience dealing with Goldberg Executive Realty and I couldn't be more happy with the results. I have a beautiful Florida investment property that I got it in the preconstruction phase which saved me tens of thousands of dollars. Well I called them up and spoke with a man named Mark Goldberg and the experience was great. He found me exactly the kind of preconstruction real estate project I was looking for and warned me about the other project I was going to buy into (It turns out that the country has a terrible track record with management of the properties) Any who, I would highly recommend buying from Mark Goldberg at Orlando Florida Preconstruction Real Estate co for anyone out there looking for a sound investment opportunity. He’s located in the heart of Orlando Florida and is more then willing to spend the time to explain each property and give you advice on which investment is good for you NOT what brings him the highest commission.
