Good: The ability to respond to an anonomous posting of a lie on a web based review site. Bad: The ablility to be anonomous when posting a out right lie on a web based review site.. Improvements: The ability to challange the person posting lies on a web review site. Other: Fortunately the person posting the reveiw stated an impossible circumstance. The maximum rate available on a conventional or government loan in the last year has been 6.5%. Anyone with a brain in their head would know that! Therefore it appears that only this knucklehead who wrote the above review was oblivious to the market realities. As a HUD approved correspondent lender in Central Florida for 15 years we are held to the highest standards and accountable to everyone who crosses our offices threshold..
