I called late on a Friday afternoon needing pain medication to be delivered ASAP to one of my terminally ill patients. It was near closing time. They could not get payment authorization from the insurance company. Getting the desperately needed medication to my patient was their primary concern and it was delivered to her even though there was no guarantee that they would get paid. Special thanks to Mary for going above and beyond for a patient in need!
Pros: Service, Availability of hard to find medications

This is the place that did everything right in my book. The doctor himself helped picked out glasses and they did everything right and was seen right away and felt completly comfortable. I tell everyone I know to go see him, he's just great and seems to care about your eye care. Plus they did everything right on the insurance forms which is just wonderful, no messes for me.

Probably best eye care in Orlando period, but I am basing this on having been to 4 different optometrists east of 417. Dr. Descheneaux is nice, professional, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor (my wife and I are chatty joksters). Give him your business!
Pros: Great Doctor, Nice easy location, Great Staff

This is the place where I got my new wheelchair. There service was prompt and they even came to my house to measure and give me options of what features I wanted. There customer care was great and they worked well with my insurance. My chair only take 2 months to receive, which is a miracle since most places take forever. Then when they was a problem with my chair they took it back and repaired it quickly.
PROS: Quick Turnaround
CONS: No complaints here

I took my very nervous Mother to this facility for an MRI. It was the nicest, friendliest, place I had ever been for a medical procedure. I was able to go in the room with her and ease her nerves a little bit. They put on her favorite Rob Stewart CD and just made it an awesome experience. The view from the MRI is amazing so while she couldn't talk I had something to enjoy as well. Just top notch all the way around. Friendly staff, great technicians and the radiologist himself was pretty funny too!!
Thank you Premier Advanced Imaging for taken such great care of my mom!!
Pros: it was all good ambience, parking, and the service...we had a 11:00 appt and were done at 11:45

Several years ago I became tired of the big Pharmacy run around. I found Tim Harrison and his excellent staff. The entire staff goes above and beyond their regular duties. I enjoy going to the pharmacy and talking to Tim and his staff, all great service providers, with a excellent knowledge of medicines. Thank you all and God Bless!!!

At Associates in Dermatology, there is the usual doctor wait time, but it is very short. You are generally seated and examined within 20 minutes. The examinations are very thorough and usually last as long as the wait time. The medications prescribed seem to have reason and in my experience have worked as they are supposed to. This dermatologist, in my opinion, comes highly recommended.

Dr. Holloway was influential in saving my Mother from Ovarian cancer. He gave us good advice on how to proceed, performed comprehensive surgery and followed her through post-op and continued to advise and assess her care through the 5 years since the surgery. He did not hold her hand or sit her bedside so if that is what you need, maybe he is not for you. On the other hand if you are more interested in an MD who will do everything in his ability to advise you with great wisdom and all the resources allowed...then he is your man.
