Flame tree serves up pretty darn decent barbecue and burgers. The stack of fries and corn-on-the-cob that comes with a combo is a nice treat too. There is plenty of nearby shaded seating, reserved for Flame Tree patrons. As with all Disney dining, you're better off with the dining option, but the prices otherwise are pretty unremarkable. Probably the best counter service in AK.

We were really pleased with our lunch at Flame Tree Barbecue. Lines for food were really short, and our barbecued pork and beef sandwiches were served with beans and corn-on-the-cob as sides-- what a welcome relief from the standard fries. Their fruit salads looked amazing as well. Prices are hefty for counter service, but the quality and quantity of food was well worth it. Be sure to try out the chocolate cake (so good) or the key lime pie, a refreshing treat. There's ample open-air seating, including several covered pavilions.

Flame Tree Barbeque is located in Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. It is my favorite place to relax and enjoy lunch in Animal Kingdom. Here you can get a nice selection of BBQ Chicken, BBQ Ribs and BBQ Sandwiches. The combos are great and come with a side of yummy baked beans and corn on the cob. Make sure to get sides of the different BBQ sauces to try. My secret here is after getting the food is to go all the way to back od the seating area- keep walking and you will find some great alcoves overlooking the water. These spots are never crowded and be on the look out for the cute lizards that are always roaming about.

The Flame Tree Barbeque is a nice little fast food option in Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park. I enjoy the pulled pork, and also good are the ribs. The seating is one of the best parts -- you can choose to sit along the water and enjoy your meal, or within the well landscaped areas. My new favorite spot to enjoy lunch is by the water, looking across at the Expedition Everest ride. The places to eat are as good as the food itself!. The prices are reasonable, and the Disney Dining Experience card can be used by those having one, for an additional 20% off.
