This gym, although small, has all the equipment one would need to complete an effective workout; everything from treadmills to machines to free weights. A membership is needed and with this membership comes a few perks. First of all, it is inexpensive. Second, the gym provides personal trainers at no extra cost. Lastly, the gym is pretty conservative and selective, not of their members, but of who walks through the door. Photo id's are always checked upon arrival, and those that are making enough noise to disturb others are promptly ejected. It is also a great atmosphere.
