Have you ever expierenced a violent assistant manager yell at customers, throw food on trays, and shout at employees? You haven't? Most people haven't... at least if you go into a well managed resturant/fast food resturant, you shouldn't have to worry about such things. You go in, pay your money, sit down and enjoy a quick meal. Well, let me tell you a little story about an expierence my family & I had at this Taco Bell. It's not pretty...
One evening, we decided we wanted Taco Bell. The craving for Chalupa's was too much to resist. We arrived at the Taco Bell on W Colonial around 7pm and stood in line to order ouf meals. An assistant manager was obviously in a very sour mood, as she was shouting orders at her employees, and treating them worse then one might treat a rabid dog. I remember my boyfriend and I just looked at each other. She then started shouting clear across the resturant at a customer, finally telling him to "shut up". The entire resturant went quiet... nobody could believe the nerve of this woman. She, of course, screwed up our order, and my boyfriend's sister had to go back up there to explain that she had ordered something completely different. Do you know the gall that woman had? She sloppily throws together a burritto, walks over to my boyfriend's sisters food tray, and SLAPS it down. Finally, we'd had enough, we walked out, and the first thing I did when I got home was call the corporate phone number for Taco Bell. I told the kind woman everything... and she assured me it would be dealt with. She also told me she was sending free meal coupons (which we never received).
Since that fateful day at the Taco Bell on E Colonial, we have yet to ever go back there. That whole episode left a horrible taste in our mouth... and I just feel that that Taco Bell deserves it's horrible rating. I can still remember how the customers were in total shock, looking at each other and not knowing exactly what to do. It was a crazy expierence... so be very careful when you're in that Taco Bell. You never know what you may encounter!
