Their machines break down a lot and since the parts aren't interchangeable you have to call Rainsoft to get a repair. Their customer service is HORRIBLE and their response time is poor. Heaven help you if you need after hours service - while they DO have an after hours answering service that claims they will page a technician, that technician will never return your call!
