Brennan Hoyt from Renaissance Air responded to my request immediately and came to my house that day because I thought the upstairs air conditioning unit was leaking through to the ceiling below. After examining the unit carefully, he determined the air unit was not the problem, but that I had a leak in the roof instead. He then spent another 20 minutes, without charge, checking both my air units inside and out to make sure everything was okay. I definitely would use this company again if I have a problem with my air conditioning units.

I am very happy with the removal of popcorn, and application of knockdown on my ceilings. I will have him comeback and do the remaining rooms of my house in the near future. After hearing horror stories about all the dust left behind after this procedure, I was dreading returning home at the completion of the job, but was very pleased about the results of the cleanup.
