My husband used Tropical's services during a period of time when he needed transportation to/from work while we were waiting approval from the local paratransit service. He only knew his driver as "Willie", but Willie was a wonderful gentleman, who went out of his way to be as kind and helpful as could be. My husband is a paraplegic confined to a wheelchair. At that time, he was still using a manual chair. Willie would help him into the car every morning, break down & load his chair, then assist him out of the car & to his office upon arrival. He just showed so much compassion and did those little extra things that were "above and beyond the call of duty". If Willie is an example of the type of service one can expect from all drivers at Tropical, they are the best!
