couple of years ago, one could go to this store, and the customer service employees and their supervisors were very well people oriented. Not anymore. IT WILL BECOME ONE WORST NIGHTMARE , especially if you have to do a return. The CSM are very little oriented or does not seem to care about lines, people waiting or customers satisfaction. The employees, specially two at the service desk are are huge, give the worst time to the customers.. It is very frustrated, when a customer tries to return anything, the line is almost outside, and all the employees that should take care of this, walk up and down and do not stop to take care of the customer. Ive also seen a women that are in charge of the workers and the lines just looking like they're lost. I will advice to all readers to go to Target. It is true that their prices might be a little high, but their customer service is excellent and for people like me that just want to buy something and leave or return an item, it works. One thing for Target: keep your receipts. Walmart might have low prices but it is not worth it. Start thinking outside the box!!)
Pros: low prices
Cons: lack of customer service and satisfaction, nightmare when returning any ite, very difficult

I'm not a traditional sports car buyer. I make no impulse decisions, and generally know more about the vehicle in questions that does the unfortunate soul "assisting" me with my acquisition. My car-buying process starts with the websites of my local dealers and moves into the store from there. The first thing I noticed about Universal Nissan was how quickly they responded to my inquiry with an exact price, and the standard hyperbole. Not an automatic response from some email program, but an actual live email with the price and details on the specific GT-R I had asked about...refreshing. But I am still me, so I corresponded with four of the several Nissan dealers I would consider "local" to me. I won't name names, but you know who they are if you have every shopped for a new Nissan in the Central Florida area. Anyways, their price was not the lowest, but it was the second-to-the-lowest and I decided to focus in on a different local dealer based solely on price. It slowly became clear through a volley of email that the other Orlando area Nissan store I had chosen was not in possession of the GT-R they had quoted and described in their emails (not just one). What they had not told me was that they planned to buy the GT-R from a third dealer and resell it to me. They refused to tell me who the other dealer was, but I suspect it was Universal Nissan because it was the exact same color and options and these are not easy to come by... The price was higher at Universal Nissan by over $300, but the car was over $77k, so in the end the amount was relatively small and the service I got was well worth the extra 1/2 of a payment.

I've had a pathfinder for several years. We leased at first and they really didn't offer a good deal to buy the car but we needed to. I find Nissan to be expensive when it comes to parts.

If I had to do it over again, I would definitely shop around. I needed to get the job done quickly so I did not have the time. I have a Grand Cherokee Jeep and my temp guage was reading hot. Took the Jeep to Tuffy. I needed a new "fan relay switch". I also put in a new serpentine belt. Total part costs were about $155. Total bill was $492.08. Wow. I did get an estimate but I at the time I did not realize that labor cost were this steep. I dropped the Jeep off at about 8am and it was done at 10:30am. They charged me 2 and a half hours of labor at $94/hr. I asked desk manager about htis charge and he said that is a normal labor charge these days. In retrospect, I would go ahead and get a diagnosis of the problem and pay the $30-$50 fee. Then, I would check around not only for better labor prices but also better part prices. If enough people go elsewhere, maybe the costs will come down.
