1. channel nine news twice in 3 months for really bad things. 2. my car has been hear 9 times and is still not fixed 3. the reason they have so many cars is because they closed all the stores except for this one and they are fixing warranty problems fron this location and the closed shops. 4. cked with other reputable shops and found out this place is going to close soon. im screwed , no more warranty 5.everytime i go back for work they have another new manager? 6. they do crappy work 7.the service is awfull 8.they will tell you one price , tear your transmission apart into a hundred peices and call you back and triple the original price. i could go on and on and on , but have to go to work to save enough money to have my transmission fixed by a company that can actually fix it. The transmition was skipping in my Pontiac Grand Prix, and my car wasn't acceleratin so I let Eric and his guys check it out. They even give me a ride home! It turned out the car had a clogged exhaust converter which was in warranty at the dealer. They told me to go there and it didn't cost me a penny. God bless this shop. I have three children and no support and I thought I would have had to borrow the money for a expensive repair. If my car had gone some where else I bet I'd have a new transmition I did not need. Turns out they were right. Now I know why I drive by your shop and you got cars coming out the wazoo, because your good business people. I can't say enough. There going to do my brakes soon too! Pros: Honesty, and very informative Cons: The manager is married, I'm not!

I brought my 2002 Nissan in for some transmission service and was very nervious about the whole repair. After talking with Erik about the problem that I was having he assured me that it would be ok. Being a woman I don't feel that people listen when you have a problem with your car but Erik listened to the complete problem with my descriptions and all. Needless to say this was the best experience I have ever had when having to fix my car. Along with the best customer service I also got the best deal on the actual work done. I will definently recommend Remanufactured Transmission to all of my friends and family for any service that they need. This is definently the best one stop shop and they will have my business for life. Pros: great customer service, timely service Cons: very busy, but that is really a good thing

My transmission went out on my Honda Civic about 3 weeks ago and after talking to a few friends one of them recommended I go see Eric. Once I called Eric I really felt comfortable and trusted he wouldn't take advantage of me since I'm a woman. My instinct's were right!!!! My car only needed a sensor and that was all i got! It ended up costing me only $298.22! I was already thinking I was gonna pay 2,000 dollars and I was ecstatic when he told me the price. When I told my husband, who manages a fleet of 94 vehicles for his company, his company ironically had 2 trucks that had bad transmissions in them. He sent them over to Eric and they rebuilt both transmissions in a day and a half. And the price was great and the trucks are perfect. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family and I know my husbands company has a new place to send all their trucks for all their repairs!! Pros: Beautiful office with pretty pictures Cons: Too many cars in parking area, but now I know why!
