I am a single mother going to school to give my kids a better life. But I don't know a thing about cars. I have one vehicle and I depend on it to get me to school and pick up the kids from daycare with no one elses help. Or so I thought... My Transmission went out on me and I called a bunch of places and finially I called Chris at Dealer Direct. He had my car towed in for free ... Had it checked out and within 2 hours the manager Linwood called me and explained it all to me in a way I could understand . I agreed to let them fix my car and late the next afternoon . I reseived a call and my car was done.. They even came and picked me and my children up. I only spend one day without a vehicle and was back on the road. I would like to thank Linwood with the way he handled everything and didn't try to lose me in automotive talk and mislead me . I feel that I can trust him and his team at Dealer Direct.....Plus it was very clean for a repair shop Thanks again Linwood Pros: FAIR PRICES AND NOT MISLEADING Cons: CANNOT THINK OF ANY

I had my car break down on me on the way to cocoa beach. I called and spoke with the owner directly He had my car towed from the b line to the shop on east colonial. I was greated by the manager Lynnwood. He handled everything from beginning to end and even washed my car himself to get me out and back on the road. I made it to the beach but my weekend would have been ruined if it wasn't for dealer direct and the managment crew. The owner was great and the manager Lynnwood new his stuff and took care of me and my kids and got us back on the road. and I still had money to spend on our weekend get a way!!!!! I was having some trouble with my front driver side wheel bearing and decided to look in the yellow pages for a mechanic. I called several places for quotes on my problem, but stopped after speaking to Chris on the phone. He was very professional and gave me a reasonable price right away. Once I arrived, my car was immediately taken to the back so it could be worked on. They offered me soda while I sat inside and watched sports on the flat screen television. Honestly, I almost forgot about my car. And to top it all off, the staff even washed my car...amazing!!!. My car is now running smoother than ever and I'm really glad that I chose to bring it to dealer direct. They have great customer service and outstanding mechanics that will get the job done right! Pros: Great customer service and auto repair work.

This my first time writing a review for anything...After my car broke down yesterday, I'll repeat yesterday, I didn't know what I to do. I am a young, female student and I don't know much about Orlando, especially when it concerns car repair. I've always been keen to the internet because people who do write reviews tell the truth about a place of business (mostly because they hide behind user names) I typed in auto repair and Direct Dealer was one of the first to show up so I checked the reviews...not one bad review, so I took a chance. They towed my car for free, diagnosed it for free, called me back the same afternoon with the estimate and already ordered the part I needed to get my car back on the road. My car was ready at 11 this morning!!!! Washed...They washed my car! Hello?!? If that is not keeping their word of exceptional service I don't know what is...Now I have joined the list of good reviews because this is a company I can stand by. If ever I need anything done to my car I wouldn't go anywhere else...I feel smart about stumbling on to this gem of a business....and I haven't even finished school yet...lol! So honestly, and all jokes aside if you need your car fixed worry about nothing and call Direct Dealer Transmission, even their office is designed nicely...they're just perfect ;-) Pros: Free towing and Diagnostic, customer service w/ a smile, expertise, timeliness Cons: N/A - yes, not applicable

That's what this out-of-towner asked herself when she arrived from Thanksgiving holiday travels to discover not a mere dead batt, but an electrical system gone haywire. The proverbial sitting duck for automotive predators! I searched the web, found Dealer Direct, called and left a message. In two minutes Sir Chris called back, dispatched his chivalrous associate Alvin for pickup, tow and hotel dropoff, and his trusty minyon Kyle to fetch me when the car was ready. What more could a dame in distress hope for? Great service? Fair prices? Good hearts? All that and more. 'Nuff said. Pros: Organized and clean facility, inspires confidence. Cons: It's not in my home town!

i am a college student here at ucf. i had no idea where to take my car when it broke down in the middle of the 408. my towing company suggested i try "dealer direct " I'm glad i did. upon arriving i was greeted by the friendly staff. they invited me in there customer waiting area. which is awesome. they checked my car and got me on the road in less than two hours. i was also very pleased about the price. i thought for sure that this would be an expensive repair. it ended up being something very simple. thank god. anyhow. great customer service, friendly, the nicest shop I've ever seen, efficient, affordable. what else could i say? highly recommend dealer direct to anyone. Pros: overall very good Cons: none
