Had car evaluated before purchasing it. They missed the bad brakes, the bad wheel berings, the problem with the transmission. They did take care of the brakes for me at minimal ...

The repair quality is good. However the quote was for about $350 and was $540 on pickup... a bit of a surprise for anyone. more

Fast, Friendly, Reliable, and Reasonable 9/29/2013

Everyone is always so nice. They are always clear on cost and time, and it always ends up less than what they said. If I think the car has problems A, B, and C, but they take a look and it really only needs A and C, then they tell me the car does not need B. I love it. more

I was disappointed when I came in that cute Scott wasn't in, but the two guys that helped me were very nice and very professional, and gave me excellent treatment. You can get an inspection for less at other places, but I would prefer to pay a little extra for the excellent service given at the Orem Tunex! :))) more

What a car shop ought to be 7/4/2013

The staff and manager of Tunex of Orem is always friendly, willing to answer questions, and the work is always done correctly. Everyone is professional and courteous. I trust this shop to always be honest and to help keep my car running properly. If they are not equipped to handle a particular problem, they make suggestions of other businesses that can do the work. They are great! more
