I took my friend to this restaurant last night to celebrate his birthday. For starters they were out of the vodka he order for his martini we were informed of this problem 15 min after placing the order. We heard about the specials and when the wait person returned we ordered. My friend wanted the duck salad we were informed they were out of it. Our salads arrived quickly and shortly there after the martini. When the steaks arrived they were prepared wrong both of them had to be returned to the kitchen. My steak came back first it was prepared correctly and was good. My friends steak finally arrived (after I was finished eating) when he tried to eat it it was full of fat a grissel. We flagged the manager and were informed this is the way the steak was supposed to be as it was organic. We asked for a to go box and the bill. The manager returned and threw the bill on the table. We paid the bill but since it was my friends birthday Lexus our wait person asked if he would like dessart. We order the hot molten cake...it arrived cold. We were then informed they needed my credit card back as they had voided my bill and needed to run it again to add the cake. On top of all of this we had to keep asking for place settings. I will not return.

The food is excellent, flavorful, with great presentation. We throughly enjoyed our dinners. I can recommend the braised shortribs and chicken...I haven't tried the steaks yet..but I plan to on our next visit.... Our server pampered us and they even prepared a special vegetarain dish for a member of our dinner party. Also, the chocolate molten cake was yummy!!

This restaurant is close to where I work and we have had several celebrations there. The food is pleasant but I was disappointed this week to see they were no longer serving scallone. Very few places serve scallone and the restaurant did it up nicely. But unfortunately it was no longer on the menu. People in our group were disappointed by the "house sandwich" but those of us who ordered entrees were happy. They have excellent rolls, also. I had trout almondine and it did not have 1 bone. It was done in a lemon, buttery sauce that was very pleasant. Pros: nicely prepared French entrees Cons: find another vegetable-get rid of the peas
