Most of the clients look like normal people, not supermodels. The trainers are creative and helpful. I have seen some clients transform their bodies in a matter of weeks. I am very picky when it comes to my needy hair. I went to this salon referred by my fiancee and I was pleased to know they care about my hair as much as I do.
My hair stylist was Melissa, who took about 2 hours to do my hair! She patiently did all she could to examine my hair, do a deep conditining shampoo a great hair cut and she also served me tea while enjoying this great service for only 45$!!!!! this salon is excellent ! Make sure you call to book they are generally very busy!

Nice and clean you can go here for any physical activity you can wish for. they have a nice pool (never crowded!) and free weights a gogo. the staff is nice and when i joined they were very informative. Alot of interesting classes (my favourite is yoga!)
They have free weights, machines, cardio etc. You can use the
basketball, whirlpool and heated pools with membership.
They also have massage, sauna, and steam room.

This is not my usual place to get my hair cut. I pretty much go into new places expecting them to ruin my hair. The people who have cut my hair here are very careful and have never overcut the curls, which is good. They also never really suggest anything or give me more information, which I like when I get haircuts. I want them to be like a hair doctor, and Flip isn't that. But they did a decent job.
I'm also not a regular, and it's been awhile since I have been there.

If you're looking for a simple cut then Supercuts is fine for that. If you are going for a drastic change or looking for something that you have to describe in detail, you may be in trouble. Decent service and the wait is not overly long. Reasonably priced and conveniently located, parking is plentiful and the staff is friendly. Just cross your fingers and hope your stylist is as competent as you'd like her to be.
