beware of teens! 3/29/2006

Okay so I'm sure I was loud and obnoxious and changed seats 12 times throughout a movie, but now it drives me nuts when I pay 10 dollars to see a movie I've been craving to see and I'm distracted the entire time. The only good thing about the theater is its location. I like that I can go out to dinner have a few drinks and then walk to a movie. Plus since the theater has 30 screens they have a large variety of movies and you can't help but love that stadium seating. more

Great Location for Movies!!! 12/16/2005

I think this is a great location to see Movies. It's in between Fwy 5 and 22 at the Main Street Mall. The place is really crowded on weekends. If you want to see a movie make sure you go there early to buy tickets and seats. The best part about the AMC at Block is that there is 30 movies showing, I am sure you'll be able to find some movie you like. If you bring your student or senior ID you can get a discount on it! On weekend you see a lot of young adults there too!!! It's a great place to eat, drink, shop, and watch movie! more

Crowded, expensive, but still ok. 10/22/2005

AMC 30 Threatre is located inside the block. The only time you won't see this place totally packed is on a week day during the day. Also, the prices are pretty high. However, the threates are well maintained and they have great sound quality. If you can tolerate a lot of people then check it out! more

If you're already there... 9/8/2005

Ticket prices are kind of high, so catch a matinee if you can. God help you if you go on the weekend unless you're already at the mall, because there is never any parking (except valet), the lines are really long, and movies sell out all the time. The stadium seating is good, and the chairs are actually pretty comfy, but the audiences can be really loud. They should step up the security, because there were people talking all around me--not trying to whisper, either! And the guy behind me kept talking on his cellphone. Go during the week if possible. more

Fun Place For Big Kids!!!! 8/6/2005

It's an AMC theatres!!! If you like AMC and there big SEATS you can come here. There is 30 movie rooms so you find a movie you want to watch when you are there!!!! The ticket price is a bit high compare it to other AMC, but if you have your student ID they will sell you the ticket at student discount price! The good part about watching movie over there is that before or after the movie you can walk around The Block. It gets really full at night and during the weekend! more

Movie Thearter 7/27/2005

The parking is a pain in the butt. It takes forever to find a parking spot. The place is always crowded. Every new movie is sold out on the first couple of days of release. Even if you get a ticket you won’t guarantee a seat. The movie ticket is 10 dollar or more. You can get a discount if you show them your student ID card. more

AMC 30 Theater is the best theater out there beside Irvine Spectrum. I love to go here. They have all sorts of stores for me to shop. The chair is nice; you can make two chairs into one. It a great idea if the movie is empty and you want to lie down. They offer many show times to choose from. I love it here, so will you. more

The block of orange has lousy service. I don’t get why so many people go there. But I mean a movie is a movie. They offer ok service. I mean isn’t it the same everywhere. As I would say it’s nothing special. . Maybe I went there on a bad day but as far as I’m concern it’s just ok. more
