I never face any problem with my shopping at this store
So, I will continue shopping at Staples and looking for good deals
Reward process also good but expecting to give some more %
Like office depot giving 10% in the rewards for the reward members
Anyway, this sote is good compare to Santa Ana store if we go for PM
PROS: The easy rebate process is very very good and I like very much this process
CONS: It will be good if they increase the rewards amount like 10% at Office Dept

Staples has recently reorganized and rearranged their displays so the store has a NEW STORE feel.
The aisles seem wider ; the store feels bigger. Items that I needed and looked for were easier to find as everything
was better organized. Promotional anad seasonal
items such as school and college supplies were displayed up front in neat display racks.
Staples sells computers as well as computer/office furniture. These were also well displayed and
accessible.
The Staff was very helpful as well as very pleasant. I shall do business with them again, soon.

The sales staff was very helpful without any pressure to buy immediately. They all were very happy and upbeat. I was able to choose from at least 100 fabrics for my new sectional sofa. They told me it would take 2-4 weeks for me to get and it was delivered to my home in 2 weeks. I love my new sectional and can't wait to go back to get my bedroom furniture. I highly recommend this store.

This establishment was recommended to me as my son was looking for a basketball motif beanbag chair a few years back. I didn't find what he was looking for but they did have a large seletion of beanbags along with futons of all sizes. Merchandise was reasonably priced. Parking was limited as the location is on a busy street.

You just never know what you're going to find at Oki Doki. Sometimes they have really great high quality furniture and other times it's like a barren wasteland. The staff is friendly and they almost always have pretty good prices and they will definitely barter with you for even better deals.
