Over the years I have bought plumbing fixtures and parts from Biard & Crockett, and one time I had them replace my water heater.
What impressed me about their staff when buying parts is that they really know their stuff. They took enough time to offer suggestions and explain why some parts work better than others.
When it came time to replace a leaky water heater, I gave them a try. If their sales staff were good, shouldn't their service staff be? They didn't disappoint. They didn't have the least expensive estimate, but they included things (e.g. a drip tray) others charged extra for. They were quick and professional. I have had no problems with my water heater over the year and a half later I've had it.
I recommend them to others, and I will call them again when I have a plumbing problem.

Sean was fantastic to work with and always very conscientious. He came in ahead of schedule and on budget. Anytime there was an issue with budget it was clearly explained and agreed upon before changes were made. Sean was on site everyday and if late or delayed always called. I would definitely use Sean again and he is highly recommended!

Kevin has done and outstanding job. He gave me a schedule he would follow - and he did just that.
He has kept track of everything daily. I've been most impressed with his "follow thru" as well as the fact that he was always available and never failed to return my phone calls. Can't imagine how he got workmen to show up on schedule, but he did and the bathroom looks great. Just as I envisioned it would.

I have used Just Like new on small jobs when I needed touch up and on larger jobs when I had a water leak. They do walls ceilings and texturing that looks “Just Like New”. I have done drywall and texturing for a living in the past and this company's work is better then mine and I am a perfectionist. The work is clean and many times done in one day. I am getting ready to have them come out a third time on some new things and I would not go anywhere else.

Signature Design redid a kitchen for my mother in Los Angeles and I must say there work was excellent. The materials came in very fast and the price was good. I went to Home Depot first and there price was over $3000 more. I give them a thumbs up.

It was a rare, but really hot day and my asthma was at an all time high, as a result of the smog and air quality being so bad. Then, all of a sudden, my air-conditioning stopped. It was 4:00 on a Friday. I got out the yellow pages and called dozens of repair companies and no one had any available technicians, that is, until I called Freedom. When I explained to them my dire situation and need for air-conditioning, there was a technician at my home within the hour. In just another hour the whole problem was fixed. I will never use any other company. Not only was the service exceptional, but the price was good and I wasn't charged for an emergency visit. Really great company!

They were very responsive to my needs. A technician came to the house and problem solved my rodent problem with me. He explained their services and was sensitive to my financial difficulties. I found him to be very honest and I appreciated him for that. I would definately recommend him and his company, and Service Magic to my friends and family.
