Got an unbelievably good rate through Priceline, and was not disappointed with my stay. I was treated like any other guest at check in, and I was granted the room upgrade I requested. I stayed on a higher level floor, and learned those floors are less noisey than the lower floors (at least while I was there.) There are a lot of events at this hotel, and finding parking late at night or on a weekend can be a problem. Great staff, too.

I lived at this hotel off and on during 1998 and 1999 and would not stay at any other hotel. I would definitly recommend it to friends passing thru Ontario if they needed a place to stay for a night or two.Linda P

Not right off the freeway, but next to it. Nice staff, clean rooms, not new but nice with microwave, refridgerator, and laundry facilities on site. Next to bargain restaurants and local stores. Looking for a bargain look here. Many restaurants and fast food within 1/2 mile, also K-Mart. Ontario airport within 1 mile if not closer.

I stayed here on business. The rooms are clean and spacious, with great customer service. They offer a free breakfast from 6-9 a.m. M-S and 7-10 on Sunday,with cereal, juice and coffee if you need something earlier. They also have a pool and weight room you can use and Monday's thru Thursday's 5-7 p.m. they have a meet and greet time with drinks and horsdoeuvres.

I really enjoy coming into the Double Tree and receiving a really nice warm cookie! Upon check in the front desk girl was nice and gave me directions to my room. I was here on business and the airport to the hotel was really close.

I travle quite a bit with my dogs and when we come to competitions in Ravenna we always stay here. The cost is low, the rooms clean and for value pricing spacious and the beds comfortable.
In the rear of the hotel is a large grass area (3/4 acre or so) fenced on the side toward the highway and the rear and mostly enclosed by the hotel on the front other side. The best dog walk area of any hotel I have stayed at.
Pros: Dog Friendly, Dog Walk Area, Price
Cons: No restaurants close by

We stayed for 3 nights and found this hotel to be quiet, spotless, and located conveniently for our needs. We were going to Chino and it was very close. If you are into the noisy malls and shopping you're better off at the airport end but this place suited us perfectly.

Check-in was smooth, continental breakfast was tasty, and they even printed out our boarding passes for our airline so we got in the A boarding group. They have a prompt airport shuttle as well. Room was nice and clean.
