Over a week before Valentine's day this year (2006) I ordered flowers for my pregnant wife. Feb 14th comes, the day goes on, no word from my wife (it was a surprize). I call Piccolo's, they say "I" cancelled the order (which I didnt). The woman on the phone was rude and her best solution to resolve the situation was to ask if I wanted to place "another order for ANOTHER day". Um... yeah, I would like to order Valentines flowers on Easter....NOT! I'll never buy from Piccolo's again! Buyer Beware!
