A friend and I went to Chopsticks on a whim once, attracted by the bright colors on the walls and interesting looking menu with a variety of items from several Asian countries represented. It's now a tradition that we go there whenever I'm back in town, even if it's only to grab some mochi ice cream. I'd really recommend stopping by on a typically rainy Olympia afternoon to grab a bowl of noodle soup.

Chopsticks is a trendy noodle house that is all about presentation, from the contemporary Asian-inspired interior decor to the dishes served. It's what I like to call "fashionable" Asian cuisine, but it's still satisfying nonetheless. This is a good restaurant for anybody, but it is especially good for those unfamiliar with Asian food and would like to expand their horizons a bit. They also serve bubble tea, the popular drink with tapioca pearls.
