We had quite an experience at Cielo Blu. Granted, we have only eaten dinner there once, but we had an above average experience. I highly recommend their peach bellini, and if you hit their happy hour, they are more than reasonably priced. I had their chile relleno and cannot stop thinking about it. We told/recommended Cielo Blu to at least 3 people before sunset the following day. I must admit, they were out of 3 different menu items, but upon leaving I had already forgotten that aspect of the experience. We are looking forward to dining there again, and plan to do so when my fiancés parents come to town next week. I hope our expectations are met once again.

I have eaten dinner here twice. The service was slow both times, although that seemed to be more the product of the kitchen than the waitstaff, at least the most recent time when I had a very attentive waiter. The first time I was there with friends for one of their Sun. night fixed price specials. One friend is a vegeterian and in such a "granola" town you'd think it wouldn't be a problem to accommodate him. They had to make up something because there was no vegeterian option, then he didn't receive part of his order. They are also a bit pricey. I tried a Cosmo there and found it to be one of the worst I've ever had, on the sour side. The wine selection is fine though. I have heard the place is for sale but not sure about that.

I had both lunch and dinner at this trendy new downtown restaurant in a span of two weeks. I was disappointed both times. The first time, service was marginal and I wrote it off to the disorganization that can happen during the first week of being open. However, upon my return visit for dinner, it was not much better. Slow, inattentive service both times. The menu is fairly limited and the food is good but not great. The signature martinis are good but rather expensive for Olympia. I have not been back and would not recommend this restaurant.
