I've been to T-Spa Nails a few times for manicure, pedicure, and facial waxing. Here's the scoop from a self-proclaimed picky "spa-er": At the location across from Capitol Mall,...

Do not go here. 5/28/2020

I made an appointment at 2:15 PM today at the Tumwater location. . Was promptly seated in a chair for a pedicure. After soaking my feet for close to a hour, no one came by. Other people were seated, I was ignored. I made them aware of the situation, but just like a previous experience at the location near the capitol mall, they ignore me and no recourse but to leave. I called them several time and wanted to talk to the manager. They hung up on me when I asked the manager to give me call. In the middle of giving them my phone number they hung. This is a very dysfunctional place with poor people skill. I would do business with T Spa if you paid me to go. Also they were not practicing social distancing. I think the health department should check into why they have not been following the phase two requirement in WA state for Thurston county. This place provides needless risk for not social distancing and poor service and competency. more

Lymphangitis (blood poison) for Prom 5/10/2011

My daughter went to this place to get her nails done for prom. While getting a toenail paint, they knicked her big toe, causing her a great amount of pain which made her unable to even DANCE at her SENIOR prom. The following monday, after burning up with fever and vomiting all night, she was rushed to the ER only to find out that her toe was infected and she was suffering from BLOOD POISONING!!!!! She had to receive multiple intravenous antibiotics and shots to stay alive and fight off the blood poisoning. Tony, the OWNER of this establishment, was given the opportunity to simply reimburse her the service fees. They asked that my daughter, just out of the hospital, come into the nail salon so they could they see for themselves, and said they would give her the $45 she spent back. Instead, they yelled at her, berated her in their foreign language, laughed at her, put the owner on the phone who then SCREAMED at her and told her she would have to sue his business to ever get a dime from him. This service is so far beyond RUDE - I am appalled and disgusted with the way they would humiliate and mistreat one of the most honest kids I know. They are being reported to the Better Business Bureau, and Department of Health, the Department of Licensing and I assure I will pursue options in suing them - none of which would have been done had they simply been honorable and followed through with the promised reimbursement. I strongly recommend that NOBODY risks their health or wastes their money on such an establishment with disgusting service. more

Take the good with the bad 7/2/2007

I've been to T-Spa Nails a few times for manicure, pedicure, and facial waxing. Here's the scoop from a self-proclaimed picky "spa-er": At the location across from Capitol Mall, see Tanya or Tammy for pedicures, they are both great. I had a manicure once from Tracy at that location, and she didn't ask me what shape I wanted my nails to be, didn't give me the French manicure that I asked for/expected, was pretty rude all around, when I asked her to apply another coat of light pink polish for the French, she didn't/wouldn't do it, was nasty about it and even had the audacity to quabble about the tip I left her. Since when you get there, you may end up with whomever, I may try another one of their locations or a different nail salon from now on because Tracy really turned me off. Other than Tracy and her bad attitude and bad service, I do like T-Spa Nails. more

T-Spa Nails 8/16/2006

I absolutly love T-Spa! For being the least expensive in town, they really do a great job. Your in and out in 45 minutes with a full set. The employees are super nice, Yeah their a little hard to understand at first but once you go enough times you learn to understand what they are saying. My favorite ones to have do my nails are: Tony(owner)@Olympia, Lilly@Tumwater and Lena@Lacey. And obvously alot of people like them if they now have 3 stores! I would totally recomend them to anyone! more

T-Spa nails 8/17/2005

This place is pretty good. Lots of color selection. It is very clean and comfortable. The pedicure chairs are very nice with a massage option. The only con is that not all the workers speak fluent english so that might be hard for some people. But overall isn't a not bad place. more

Reasonable price; reasonable service 8/17/2005

If you want to get a 40 min. pedicure for $18 bucks, this is the place. Six chairs/stations with massage and/or heat capabilities and your choice of over 100 nail colors. For $5 more, get a generous leg & foot massage. Can get busy during lunch hours. I'd recommend early morning. No appointment necessary. more
