Very fun! All you can eat Sushi rolls for $19.99 on Wednesday. I brought my friends and we sat at the sushi bar and ate forever. The rolls are not generic. Great unique rolls. You will go back.

Unless we are traveling, my husband and I only go out to eat for sushi. We can pretty much make every other meal we like just as well at home. We've had sushi in Stuttgart, Paris, Costa Rica, Hawaii and many places in the continental US. Sushi Boat captured our hearts the very first time we ate there in 2001. It is our sushi restaurant of choice in this area and one of the top we've ever visited. Go early on all-you-can-eat nights -- they get really busy!

The Volcano Roll is a must try for anyone who enjoys sushi, even for those who don't. There is no raw fish for those with a weak stomach! This roll is basically a California roll piled with a shredded crab/scallops type paste, laced with a special sauce and caviar. Then it is baked in a toaster oven for 5 minutes. It is (to date) my favorite sushi and everyone I've let try or taste has also fallen in love with it (some not even sushi fans). Trust me on this one.

My family and I love this place. The sushi is absolutely fantastic. It reminds me of something I would find in California. The seating is always prompt and the waitresses are very sweet. We usually end up getting a chicken teriyaki for the kids to share and my husband and I dine on the sushi. The prices are very reasonable especially for the quantity. We usually end up spending around 50$ or so on a family of five. The best part about this place has to be the boats that have the sushi served on them.
Pros: Great food

My wife and I have always enjoyed ourselves here. If you can get a seat at the sushi bar on Thursdays, they offer all you can eat rolls for dinner. It's conveyor belt style sushi on a boat floating in water. We thoroughly enjoy almost all of there specialty rolls. The fish always looks and tastes fresh, unlike most of the sushi places in the Lacey/Olympia area.
