I finally found Dr Hein after a nightmare of dentistry so bad I had to take Valium to go. He patiently eased me in and took care of me for at bout 3-4 yrs before I moved to Montana. I am going back to Olympia for a visit soon and am going to call them to see if they will accept my current insurance! The one man show is truly the best! None of those humiliating hygienists!! Whatever is in my mouth isn't because of something I did or didn't do but those big wig offices can do more damage than ever imagined to the psych not to mention the wallet! Dr Norm is a breath of fresh air even with his obsession for the Huskies.

Dr. Norman Hein is absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to. He is a one-man show: his office is in a little house; he does not have an assistant, he does all of the dentistry A-Z, and his wife Christine manages the office. They are very kind, good people, and they and their office make you feel very at home. Dr. Hein is very good at what he does: very meticulate, thorough, and helpful, and even gentle with you. He takes the time to deliver excellent service and gives honest useful advice. After a routine exam and cleaning I was happily surprised that Christine called me after Dr. Hein reviewed my x-rays (after my appointment) to inform me that I might have a few small cavities trying to come in, which may be avoided by stepping up on flossing. What care and great service! I am always blown away by them, have referred a lady in my building to see them as well as both my parents, and they are all very happy with them. A+ to Dr. Hein and Christine! :)
