Everyone with A/R & Associates was very helpful, informative, and friendly!! Also, they were extremely professional. Brent (sales associate) showed up for the bid with a folder of information including Contractor's license, BBB membership, proof of insurance, etc., which usually you have to ask for and wait on. Jim installed 10 large windows by himself and did a great job. Bobby and Mick (co-owners) both stopped by to check on the job. The windows arrived when they stated they would, and were promptly installed. Everything was easy!

This store just moved to a new location. The employees here was most helpful in assisting me to find what I was hunting for. There were many items that were Free After Rebate and John made sure that I knew what the items were and that I found everyone that I wanted. Then, he made sure that I had the correct information to mail in my rebate form. I appreciated that!
