I got my wife's wedding ring from him and the owner sat down with us and went over the various options there were. He was very knowledgeable of the diamonds and settings that he had. I went later to take the ring to get resized and he did that for free.

My fiancee order my wedding band through Belliston and asked for it to be engraved. They gave her the day she should expect to pick it up. She called back because she never heard back from them. When she called back on the day she was supposed to be picking it up, they hadn't even ordered it yet. This is not the kind of stress needed a couple of weeks before the wedding.

I got my wife's wedding ring from him and the owner sat down with us and went over the various options there were. He was very knowledgeable of the diamonds and settings that he had. I went later to take the ring to get resized and he did that for free.

My fiancee order my wedding band through Belliston and asked for it to be engraved. They gave her the day she should expect to pick it up. She called back because she never heard back from them. When she called back on the day she was supposed to be picking it up, they hadn't even ordered it yet. This is not the kind of stress needed a couple of weeks before the wedding.

I took a watch in that I did not buy in their store. They were very kind and could help right away. I left the watch with them, came back a bit later and picked up the watch. I asked how much and they said they'd take care of it this time as a favor! I was shocked, I didn't know that kind of service still existed. I will definitely go back and I will send my husband there! :) Be careful you don't walk in to the dog groomer next door to them though, they are kind of in the middle and you have to pay attention of you'll get groomed instead of getting jewelry. ehehehehehe :)
