I bought a computer at Totally Awesome and bought the lifetime free service agreement. Each time I have to call them they tell me the turn-around time will be 24 hours. I've had to wait up to 4 days for the computer to come back home. It wouldn't be so bad if they would TELL me it would take 4 days to fix it. They consistently say it will be 24 hours and they have only met that guess one time.

There are two places I shop for PC Parts these days. This is my top pick! PC Club has the bester prices and the best selection of parts. The last thing I bought from them was a video card for a new system I built a family member. When I told them what I wanted they just got it for me. They didn't try to upsell me or any of that other nonsense. The prices are the best in town for the most part. They are conveniently located on Riverdale rd. Returns have never been a problem for me. But I have have only had to take one thing back and it was because the box didn't have what was advertised. THere were no questions asked. They also have excellent customer service. I definitley say this is the place to go before anywhere else.

Do you have a computer that is in need of repair? If you do, then may I suggest that you go to GHB Computers Etc. They repair all different computer problems. The staff are nice and they are reliable too. The prices are reasonable too. They also do system upgrades and building of systems.

I frequently use EBC to get my computer parts. I recently purchased an external usb 5.25 case housing. Its nice. I mounted a 3.5 inch hard drive in it and I use it as a backup device. I am probably going to get another to use for an external DVD Writer I have.
Prices are less expensive if you pay cash. For some reason credit is abou 1-2% more expensive. The return policies are very frustrating so please be sure of what you are getting before you buy it. Alot of times they will cut you a check in a week and that is very frustrating.
If you know what you want and its the right part this is definitley the place to get your parts. If you are unsure you might want to find a place with a better return policy.

I have bought many items from RC Willey. I bought a really nice Micro Fiber Couch. The only problem is the seams starting ripping. I called them they took my couch away for a month and returned it untouched. I called to complain and they brought me a brand new one. It was broken. A third one was brought to me. When I bought the first one I paid extra for stain gaurd. It wasn't until after my daughter spilled a little milk on my third couch that I noticed they didn't stain gaurd this one. They are resolving this situation by coming out to clean it and stain gaurd it on site.
I have also bought a cam corder and bed from them. Both of these things turned out fine.
We also used a Buyers Advantage program which gives us 6 months same as cash option. We also get a rebate on our purchases every six months. We have about $50.00 to spend there. It wont get much of anything without putting some money with it but it'll help.
I reluctantly recommend RC Willey for Furniture but I will recommend them for beds, and electronics.

I've had T-Mobile service for about 4 years. I don't have any complaints about the service, but when I went into the store to get an upgrade in my service I asked about getting a free phone. He told me I could get a 6010 phone, when I found out there was a camera/video phone available FREE for the same service I purchased. He just didn't offer that nice phone - he offered the cheapest that he had. I was disappointed, but can't get the better phone now because I had to sign a one-year contract.
