When I've needed to get my car repaired and know what the problem is, I go to this store and ask for help. The employees help me decide if I can do the fix myself or have to get additional help. They don't treat me like a dumb woman and they are knowledgeable about my automobile.

I was working with a ?Dennis? via email about purchasing a new 2008 Yaris. He sent me some price quotes and I replied back with some methods on how to reduce the price. I wasn?t expecting him to come back with much of a better price, because the quote he gave me was a little better than others I have received. However, he replied back with a very unprofessional and borderline ?rude? response. A copy of his email to me is below. I want to make it clear that I would have bought the car at the price he originally offered, but I am willing to pay a little more at another dealership for better service.

The Yaris hatch backs I priced out was for the Automatic.
As for price it sounds like you?ve got it all figured out so good.

We took our Saturn to Terrace Muffler and Brake because our brakes were acting up. After we had them looked at they said they needed to be replaced. They gave us an estimate that sounded resonable. The work was completed and when my wife wen to get the car they price of the repairs was now about $80.00 more. They gave us some spill out about diagnostics fees etc.. I wasn't none to happy about it. The breaks were very weird for the first few days after that but once I finally had to slam on them they seem to "lock" into place.
I don't know that I would go back as the pricing was not what we felt was appropriate and kind of feel they may have taken advantage of my wife as she picked up the car when it was ready. I have known others who went there without these problems or complaints though.

My transmission was acting up so I took to Tanner they told me that they could fix my old transmission or sell me a rebuilt one for $1,400.00 installed. I opted for the $1,400.00 price, got a one-year warranty and out the door in one day. I would recommend to others.

Good: I got grade A service for a reasonable price. My car came in a mess and left looking fantastic. What's more I got personal attention from a manager by the name RJ, he touched up a few spots that his employees
missed and was friendly while doing it. He also sold me on their unlimited wash pass for 45$/mo. You can't beat that price!. Bad: The cashier was not very friendly.. Improvements: I would have enjoyed a cup of coffee while I waited. Other: I highly recommend this place. Try to find RJ he is very helpful and nice.
