Bayside Skillet is THE place to go for breakfast or brunch when you're in OC--though they serve breakfast all day, so you could stop in for dinner too! The menu is extensive--omelets, crepes, waffles--though I always order the same thing--strawberry crepes with chantilly. Yum. It's like a big plate of fruit and whipped cream. Prices are pretty reasonable, but no refills on drinks. On the downside, it's usually very crowded, parking can be a pain, and you're likely to have to wait, especially on a weekend. It's worth it for the food though! Get a table outside, overlooking the bay, for a relaxing breakfast experience!
