These folks are really PINK.. You'll easily find them - look for the pink building, with the pink umbrellas and at night the pink lights. They offer all kinds of omlettes - no pink ones - except maybe the strawberry one. but they are a little expensive. Food is very good.

The Bayside skillet is the pink restaurant located bayside on the coastal highway. The establishment is large with ample seating inside and on a lovely deck facing the bay. It is known for its crepes chantilly with fresh strawberries, very yummy. The have an outstanding selection of omlettes and fritattas. We love the neptune (seafood) omlette and the crepes wilbur (pigs in a crepe). Our very favorite item on the menu is the fresh squeezed, and incredibly expensive, orange juice. The restaurant is very pricey, but well worth it when it the mood to splurge on breakfast. PROS: chantilly crepes and neptune omlette CONS: pricey

Best place for breakfast/brunch in OC! Crepes with chantilly can't be missed--and come with a variety of fruits, though strawberry is the best. Usually very crowded, be prepared to wait. And parking lot can get messy! But well worth it for amazing food for a great deal! Try to get a table outside if you can, the view of the bay is beautiful.
