I have used Advance Auto Parts as my main store for the last 4 1/2 years. My battery kept acting up and I had actually went to Wal-Mart to purchase my battery but could not get anyone to help me find the one I needed for my car or even help me lift it. I was about 6 or 7 months pregnant at the time. I finally got mad and left the store and went to Advance Auto and as soon as I went in they greeted me and asked me if they could help me. They found the battery I needed and asked if my car was there, I said yes and the guy just carried it out and installed it for me...I didn't even have to ask. Treating your customers like that means a lot to me. Also the store is very neat and organized and they have a very good stock of parts, but even if you have to order they get it in very quickly. I will continue to shop there. PROS: Excellent customer service CONS: None.
