I love trying new restaurants and this one was a good pick. You can create your own meal by selecting items and then the cooks heat it up for you. You first get the rice or noodles you want, add veggies, then choose the type of meat/tofu you want. There are many sauces to chose from. I like this because every time you eat there will be different. I highly suggest eating here. The location is good size restaurant and parking is just finding a spot on the street or in one of the garages.

This is a unique restaurant where you get to assemble your own stir fry dish. Set up kind of like a salad bar, you step up to the counter, choose a type of rice and then start picking your meat and vegetables. Lamb, beef, chicken, it's all there. Add it to your bowl. Add your vegetables and then add whatever sauce you want. Since I have issues with a lot of sauced due to digestive problems, it was nice to find a gluten-free soy sauce available. You then put a color-coded stick in the bowl so the cooks know how to cook the bowl. I put a stick in to let them know to avoid gluten and dairy. This means they cooked my dish on a separate grill to avoid cross-contamination. It is also cooked to your specifications. It's quite excellent and so is the price. The atmosphere is perfect for sitting and chatting as well as people-watching. Great experience and wish I could go again.

Flat Top grill is a place where you create your own bowl of stir fry. You pick out all the veggies, sauces, noodles, rices, meats, etc and put them in your bowl. Then you put some color coded skewers in the bowl, leave it on the counter and the chef frys it on the grill for you. In the meantime while you are waiting you can just hang out with your friends. Now when your bowl is delivered to you and you realize upon first bite that it doesnt taste good, know that somewhere you didnt add the good sauce and now you have to eat it. So go with someone who knows what they're doing the first time and dont get a huge bowl the first time. You can get unlimited refills so experiment. Fun place to try out. Food will be anywhere from good to outstanding depending on your assembling skills.

If you don't mind participating in making your own food, or if you fancy yourself an amazing chef, you will enjoy a visit to Flat Top Grill. This is a 'mix your own' kinda place where you choose the veggies, meats, sauce etc and it gets cooked on a large flat top grill, but of course. There are plenty of recommendations in case you are confused or uninspired. The food is all-you-can eat and the price is reasonable. This place is also great if you are watching what you eat in anyway- they list calorie, fat carb contents on a big board.
