Never had a problem with them. Been taking my vehicles there for years, and have recommended them to friends. I feel like they're always up front with me, as to what's really needed, and what might fail if not fixed soon.
Pros: Example: best croissants in town
Cons: What are the drawbacks?

They always seem to "find" or create additional problems in order to do more repairs and overcharge for them. It took me a while to learn my lesson. It started with "We found an additional problem, you might as well get it fixed too, since the car is already here", to "Oh, this part broke while we were working on your car; it must have been worn out but we can't just replace the one part, we have to replace the other parts that work with it." The last straw was when I brought the car in for a timing adjustment. They called me and said that the key was stuck in the ignition lock and they would have to replace the entire lock assembly. The car was an older model, so the key and lock were worn, but I had not had a problem with it. I had trusted them initially because I thought that they wanted to keep a loyal customer by doing good work and preventing bigger problems down the road. $300 lighter, I took the ignition lock to the dealership service department and they found nothing wrong with the lock mechanism except for marks pounded onto the outside face of the lock and the top of the key. Automotive Tech Center claimed that these marks were "from removing the stuck lock." I think that the marks were made in order to try to make a functioning lock get stuck.

They always find a way to tack on additional work beyond what the car was brought in for, and overcharge for it. They either found something else wrong that you might as well get fixed now instead of later, or hey, this part broke while we were checking the car out so we have to replace it. The last straw was your key got stuck in the ignition lock, so we have to replace the whole thing, even though I never had a problem with it. I later had the lock checked by a dealer service dept. and a locksmith and they found nothing wrong with it.
