I have always gotten my jewelry from this store, and not once have I been disappointed with the service or quality of the products I bought. The staff is very courteous, helpfull, and knowledgeable. Recently I went in to buy a watch, and Greg Martin was in front. I have seen him before but never dealt with him. He was fabulous. He explained the differences in the manufacturers, he worked with the budget I had and took his time to find me something I really liked. We ended up finding a Tag Heuer within my price range and that would be functional and practical in my everyday life. I recommend this jeweler to anybody. They have the best prices around and they really help to listen and try to get you what you want.

My sister and brother-in-law went to Martin & Martin on my recommendation. We had gone there for our engagement/wedding ring and other jewerly over the years. The person they worked with was not cordial and never called them back. Needless to say they purchased an anniversary ring in another jeweler recommended by another friend. Not sure I will go back. Our 20th anniversary is next year.

I would highly recommend this jeweler. I received an engagement ring that was difficult to find a ready made wedding band for it. My husband and I walked into the store and ended up working with one of the gentleman. Together with our input not only did the he design a wedding band but earrings and necklace. They did this with diamonds I already had.On top of it, the price for all the pieces were very reasonable. I would not go to any other jeweler. They are excellent!

My husband went to Martin and Martin 10 years ago to purchase my wedding ring. He met Marge. Marge was so patient in helping him find something I would like. Marge gives each customer a level of service you don't often hear about. He recently called Marge to assist him in finding a 10 year anniversary ring. After 10 years she still has that same kind spirit. The staff at Martin and Martin are outstanding. They are the real jewels. You don't look at them as jewelers but good friends that you must go see. Keep providing outstanding customer service and we will keep coming back.

They are trustworthy and very helpful, without pressuring their customers. They have an excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau as well - unlike another jeweler in the area.

Me and my husband searched high and low to find a wedding band to fit my engagement ring but couldn't find what I wanted anywhere. We walked into Martin & Martin and were helped by the nicest woman. She helped me take my ideas and custom make a wedding band that turned out to be absolutely stunning. They do all their work on site and will even work on your jewelry while you wait in the store. They also let my husband pay in payments so it was easier on him. Martin & Martin is affordable, high quality, professional & trustworthy. Update: I went to purchase other items for our anniversary and one of the gentlemen there was very rude to me. I had experienced this rude behavior from the same gentleman previously, but worked with a different lady who was great. I don't know why this person, who I think may be the owners son, has to be continually rude with me. I figured once I had spent thousands of dollars with them I would get a different response, but apparently he could care less.

The employees do not rush you and they treat all customers equally with no huge pressure to purchase. We have purchased birthday gifts throughout the years and plan on getting a 10 year anniversary band there soon. You can not go wrong with this place!!!!

They are not pushy and allowed me to take my time, other jewelry stores I went into made me feel rushed and tried to change my mind. Not Martin and Martin, they are there to give you what you want. They've been in business forever and there's a reason for it - they care about their customers and they're not there to give you a crazy price - the most reasonable in the area and their diamonds are all inscribed/GIA certified! I've trusted Martin & Martin with my jewelry needs since getting engaged a decade ago. Their prices were fair and my rings appraised for a great deal more than we paid. The quality of their product and workmanship is outstanding. Their designers created a one-of-a-kind ring that was exactly what I wanted. I've had cleanings and repairs done, and they were excellent as well. In my opinion they are far superior to the jewelers you may find in the mall.
