chicago is obviously known for its amazing pizza with names like giordanos, lou malnatis, ginos east....but palermo's definitely holds its own! there sauce is absolutely delicious, one of a kind! they can be pricey but you have to pay for quality like this!

I am so happy that I didn't listen to what the people had to say, my husband and I went to the restaurant to celebrate his birthday. I was a little concerned because the reviews weren't the best, but we decided to try out ourselves and let us be the judge. The service was great, knew what she was talking about. As for the food w e both had steak and it was fantastic I had the filet which cook perfectly while my husband had the special the bone in Ribeye which he said was awesome. I would come back and again and tell my friends and family about it. I am so glad I didn't listen to the reviews because I would never have found my new favorite restaurant!!
Pros: Food was Great!! Service Great!!
Cons: Music a little loud but still enjoyable

LISTEN, IF IM GOING TO SAVE SIGNIFICANT MONEY, AS I ALWAYS DO AT THE WOOD, I WOULD STAND IN LINE FOR TEN MINUTES AND GET OVER IT!!!! I JUST WENT TODAY AND BOUGHT SOME BELVEDERE, CORONA LT, AND A KEG AND WAS OUT IN UNDER 15 MINUTES. MY KEG WAS WAITING FOR ME BY THE TIME I CHECKED OUT!!!! YOU CAN'T BEAT ANY OF THERE PRICES ANYWHERE IN THE US. 43 BUCKS FOR A KEG, GIMMME 2!!!

I don't think that DiGiorno's is better than delivery at all. Especially since we get our pizza from Phil's Pizza in Oak Lawn. They definitely have the best out there!

My kids always find something different to eat. My problem is that i like the whole menu and I want one of each, but since I can't, I can have low fat and tasty, meat lover and no carbs, they will cook whatever you want. Love the specials, especially the Greek specialties, and to be honest we drive-from Glen Ellyn to the South Side, because it's very cheap for an entire family. You don't want soup, fine, have salad. My kid fills up on the extras that you don't get charged for. Anyhow, I wish I could try everything on the menu, but you know, holidays and all, gotta watch the middle. Enjoyed the newly remodeled dining room.

This particular Les Brothers serves one of the best breakfasts around. Their specials will knock you over and the biscuits and gravy? As far as I'm concerned they are the best. The specials are all pretty good, all served with a nice big bowl of soup (a requirement for me) a good variety of rolls and a hearty entrée. Being as I like the southern gravy I've always gone for the Chicken Fried Steak smothered with white sausage gravy, a side of biscuits and roll out the door!

Love me a Phil's! Grew up a few blocks away, and that was always where we ordered our "pie". The aroma, the flavor, the insane amount of toppings and cheese. That pizza must be the heaviest in Chicago.
I have a hard time saying it's my absolute favorite, because I am equally passionate about Palermo's.
OK, now I need a Phil's tonight!
