When I was looking to buy a new car, there were a lot of options and it was really overwhelming. I found the car I wanted at Webb Chevy and never felt the pushiness of most car salesmen if you can believe that. I got the car I wanted, at the price that was okay, and drove it off the lot that day. They have a mechanical shop on the site of the dealership so it's great for oil changes and/or repair which they are really about handling as well. Get the extended warranty just to be safe, it comes in handy, trust me.

Several family members and I have bought nearly all our vehicles from Hawkinson for over a decade now. Their sales staff really try to get you what you want, and seem to really want you to leave happy, not just about making a sale. The sales process can be tedious and at times they seem overwhelmed with a high volume of customers, but they try their best to accommodate.

They have every battery imaginable! They also have the regular sizes for cheaper than buying them from jewel before you get in line to check out. I was having a hard time finding the right battery for my watch, and I went to Batteries Plus and the employee helped me find it in minutes.

From the moment I walked in, I did not feel like I was at a car dealership. I was greeted by genuinely friendly sales associates who didn't pressure me and who treated me like a guest in their home. I shopped around at a lot of car dealerships-- I got so frustrated. All I wanted was a new Camry with a sunroof, but other dealerships tried to get me to buy extras like leather, premium sound system, etc. All I wanted was a sunroof! Bob, at Oak Lawn Toyota actually listened to me. I felt like so comfortable and ended up driving away in my dream car! I would HIGHLY recommend Oak Lawn Toyota-- the entire experience totally exceeded my expectations. I actually just went back for my first oil change-- the service staff was great. Bob even stopped by to say hi and offered to loan me his car so I could run some errands while I was waiting! Such a great experience!!

I have been a customer of the service department at Ed Napleton Dodge for 2.5 years. They have great customer service and are always there when I need them. They will get my car done in a hurry whenever I am time crunched. Prices could be better, but it is a dealership, which always seems higher.

I used this towing company to tow my vehicle after an accident. They said they would tow my vehicle directly to a body shop and bill my insurance for the tow. Instead, they turned around and charged the body shop $ 780.00!! Technicraft, the bodyshop they towed my car too, paid the charges without my authorization! (They work together) I spoke with Mike Haleem from ACE Auto and he said he charged so much because he said my insurance should pay it. After I told him I was having difficulty getting my insurance to cover such an inflated towing fee, he offered to take responsibility for a portion of the charges, recognizing they were extremely inflated. However, up to now, he still has not paid these charges and my car is still sitting in a lot waiting to get fixed!! After speaking with another bodyshop, I learned this is not the first time ACE Auto does this to a consumer. I advice all consumers to stay away from this business!!
