Good Food, good prices, friendly staff, a family favorite. Been to a party their that was very good and it was very clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice restaurant.

The food was actually bad> The penne with vodka sauce was likened to a tv dinner. No one at the table finished their plate(small since it's a baby shower). The decor is over the top more like it belongs in Union City or Lodi than Oakland.

Portabello's is a fantastic place for lunch. The service is great and the prices are very reasonable for lunch. The food is delicious! The portions are huge! Just be careful not to fill up on the bread; it is So good! There are a lot of tables and they can do pretty decent size tables of people. There is also a nice bar there for the nighttime. Sometimes there can be a wait for lunch. They open at noon
