I have had a policy with Lydon & Murphy for 8 years now and they are the best. I have sent a lot of people to them and never heard a bad thing, they are a family owned and run business and I like dealing with people that know who you are. They will actually know your name, you are not just another number. That is my two cents, my name is Al H. and I work in the car business so you know what insurance agencys are on the up and up. If you want the best insurance at the best price give them a call and save.

Never never go to this insurance agency. I tried to cancel with them. It took me almost a year to resolve our case. They said they never receive a cancellation letter eventhough my new agency has sent them 5 times. Later on, they said that I have not pay for the service which I am no longer with them. Now I am still trying to dispute with them. I will report it to BBB as well. Very rude customer service. I would say...void it if possible.

I have had a policy with Lydon & Murphy for 8 years now and they are the best. I have sent a lot of people to them and never heard a bad thing, they are a family owned and run business and I like dealing with people that know who you are. They will actually know your name, you are not just another number. That is my two cents, my name is Al H. and I work in the car business so you know what insurance agencys are on the up and up. Never never go to this insurance agency. I tried to cancel with them. It took me almost a year to resolve our case. They said they never receive a cancellation letter eventhough my new agency has sent them 5 times. Later on, they said that I have not pay for the service which I am no longer with them.
