Although some of the sales people are friendly, the customer service lady behind the counter in the store is not. I am referring to an elderly lady, who seems she does not want to work, but yet feels like she has to ruled the counter and everyone there. When she is asked a question by a customer she does not want to give a straight answer; instead she go around in circles. She either does not know anything or is simply prejudiced against certain people. In addition, she tends to get upset if her younger associate wants to assist these customers. ***Beware***
