We went to this car lot looking at the new vehicles. Our salesman was fairly good although he didn't try to offer us much information unless we asked specifically. He agreed with whatever we said about the vehicles and mostly told us what the sales were for the day. We may go back and try again.

We went here looking at new and used vehicles. The salesman was very friendly and more than willing to show us what is available. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He showed us the newest line in SUV's as well as the used ones.He provided us with written information about the new SUV that we were looking at. We will consider returning there to look more extensively.

COMPLETE FRAUD!
I went to Bankston Chevrolet in North Richland Hills, Texas. They helped me pick out my first vehicle, they sold me a 99' VW Jetta within a matter of days I found paperwork in the glove compartment, stating it had frame damage .. not disclosed when I bought it. They told me they would "tear-up" the contract and help me get in something else..
They sold me a 05' Toyota Corolla S, (with manufacteror warranty) clear car fax & clear title
Come to find out this car had been in a total loss accident, the warranty was voided, car had not been properly fixed! <b>SHOULD HAVE HAD SALVAGED TITLE</b>
In 08 I was in a car wreck, caused because the car was not repaired correctly and hospitalized..
Since then I have talked to family and friends and Bankston has been selling used cars and not disclosing it..

I had a problem with one of my tires so I decided to take Discount up on their warranty I had purchased. I got there and they were so quick to take my car back and find out exactly what was wrong. The warranty they offer is totally worth it! I was in and out of there within 30 minutes.

I did not buy my car from 5 Star but I have used them for all my factory service work. I have had my car into their shop 4 times and have always been satisfied with the profesionalism and promptness of their staff. The work has always been done well and on time.
