I absolutely would recommend this hotel to families. The service is amazing in both the hotel and the restaurant. Everyone was always very welcoming and friendly. I will be back!

Opening night of Splash was a blast! The appetizers were fantastic with a wide range to accomodate any palette. The creative drinks were a hit! We spent all night sampling and trying each others drinks to find out our favorite Splash creation. The videos were perfect for the casual lounger or the dance-aholic. Go to Splash!

When we had company that was coming into town, we booked room at this hotel for them. We told them that it was a late arrival and even gave them a credit card to hold the room. They also had our phone number to call if there were any problems. The person that was going to be staying there was a representative of the Columbian Government. When we got to the hotel, they said that they let the room go because the credit card was not good. Then we asked why didn't they call us and they said that they were sold out. Never did answer about that. I put the room on my credit card being it was for a friend of my moms, I called my credit card company and they said no one ever called for an authorization. I called the hotel back and they were rude as can be to me.
