My husband and I "refound" The Eclectic a couple yrs ago and are pretty much hooked. The food is always tasty ,they really know how to poach an egg perfectly , and I would know this as we usually are there for Sun. champagne brunch. The staff is knowledgable, highly competent, friendly and attentive. We know most of them personally now and are treated like family. I also quite often have lunch with them , solo, during the week on my days off and am always comfortable with a glass of wine, a book and great food
Pros: consistently good food and THE WAIT STAFF
Cons: not always easy parking

This place is absolutely worthy of all the FANTASTIC reviews is has received. It really really really is a great restaurant. Everything I've had there is awesome- from the pizza, to the cioppino, the sole, the lamb, the salmon, and the broseoala (sp?) salad. And dont get me started on the desserts!! They make the most incredible bread pudding- I didn't even know that I liked bread pudding! The ricotta cheesecake was so light and fluffy- much better than regular cheesecake.
All in all, Risotto is ALWAYS an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it, you should definitely check it ou.

I love this place. And the food is decent; all my friends and I were satisfied whether it was sushi or beef /chicken teriyaki. But yes, the main draw is the entertainment. This is not a place for people who take themselves too seriously, who are restrained and shy, or can't simply let loose and be silly once in a while. The whole restaurant drinks and dances together, and the waiters put on insanely high-energy, outlandish performances. And as far as the cancellation policy goes, they inform you of all that in advance. Ultimately, drunken fun is had by all.

So, I don't know about the rest of you, but now that I'm 25, I'm beginning to be a bit "over" the whole Hollywood scene... at least all the effort that goes into it. I'm tired of getting all dressed up, standing in a super long "guest list" line in my stilettos, paying 20 bucks just to get in, and then hoping that the DJ doesn't stink... not to mention, if I want some jack and coke, I'll be lucky to leave with a 75 dollar bar tab... now at SKINNY'S, you get the whole lounge vibe and dance party of Hollywood with a more down-to-earth crowd, cheap drinks, hot bartenders, and a guaranteed amazing DJ! On top of all that, on Thursday nights, the DJ spins all 80s (for the most part), which I happen to be a huge fan of! Basically, the valley has needed an awesome club for decades now, and I think I've finally found it!!! I've been taking my girlfriends there every Thursday for months, because it's super fun and effortless! My hat goes off to Skinny's, thanks for bringing Hollywood to the valley and making it so much better <3

I've been enjoying the tasty goodness of Little Toni's pizzas since I was a wee little lad. 4 generations of my family have dined there. I made my wife from upstate New York a fan, her mom a fan (who recently asked if we could stop there first on her next visit) and my one year old daughter a fan. Among my favorites are the moderately priced thin crust cheese pizza. For a party of two, go with a small or medium double-cut. Enjoy a tasty glass of wine along with your main meal. Many to choose from! The house wine is well priced, but I prefer a cab. Recently, we have tried a cheese pizza with a topping of either green bell peppers or salami (a nice alternative to pepperoni). Best time to go is when they just open or later in the evening. The joint can become rather busy during the busy 7pm rush. Try the bar, it's a nice place for couples to watch the tube and enjoy wine over pizza and get your old school game on with Ms. Pacman. The staff is not full of aspiring actors (maybe just the hostess) and the restaurant is great for family and friends to unite for parties. Kid friendly too! On a quiet night, you might find father and son owners Mitchell and Brent kindly greeting you on your way in. They are a pleasure to speak with!

I had the catfish, greens, yams, and wow the desserts. Everything was amazing. We split the gooey butter cake and red velvet cake and I can't decide which was better. Will definitely go back!
