my sister had recommended this place to me, and my boyfriend got me a gift certificate for 50$ so I decided to get acrylics. they do the glitter acrylics, so I was very excited and they looked great when she was done, but the girl who did my nails was so rude to me! She got on her cell phone halfway through doing my nails and was on her phone for a least 5 minutes while she continued to put my acrylics on. When I looked at my nails the next day, it looked like I already needed them filled! And then the day after that, 2 of them started lifting (which can be very dangerous because if water gets trapped underneath the acrylic, it can cause a fungal infection) So needless to say I went back and insisted that they remove them. Also, the rude girl who did my nails told me she didnt go to school, meaning she doesnt have a license. I am a hairdresser, so I know the dangers of someone working without a license. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. My mother went in there and got a pedicure and she showed me her nails and they were not done well at all, she too said that she would never go back. Pros: free parking Cons: terrible customer service, nail technicians working without licenses, no time or energy was put towards my service

So I have no shame in saying I am a Nail Salon snob..I'm really picky and I can't stand going to get manicures and having to deal with poor customer service, bad manicures, rude staff etc. This place was awesome! Everyone there was super nice and constantly asking me if I needed anything. I got an EB wax that didn't hurt at all and I have really sensitive skin!! I also got a mani/pedi from Dar and she was awesome!! She couldn't have been nicer and did an amazing job. My nails look awesome and the massage chairs are out of this world! No dinky old chairs at this place, these make every other massage chair I've every been in look really pathetic and I've been to some really nice nail places. I've never even written a review before but I felt like I needed to say something about this place because I was so impressed! Pros: Everything Cons: none
