I Love my hair!!!!!! When I go to a salon, I want to be treated like a star. We live in Los Angeles, the home of the stars and perhaps the most vain location on planet Earth! Salons can be intimidating. You never know who you are going to run into while waiting for your foils to be removed. A typical day at this Salon feels like a big party! Most people come in for an appointment and have trouble leaving. It?s that fun! The entire staff has a smile and you are almost always guaranteed to meet someone interesting. I always grab a cup of java while I'm waiting for my color to finish. If I had three hands, I'd give it three thumbs up!!!! Pros: All certified hair stylists and colorists! Cons: Nada

You did exactly what I asked for. Thank you! Pros: Great educated staff that keeps up with all that's new and fresh. Cons: Bit expensive.

So glad I found her again , Lisa my stylist for 10 years moved out of state and now she is back . I am so excited , I saw her this past weekend and she did a wonderfull job . I have been floating around searching for the right stylsit and have not been happy . So glad lisa is back in town her cuts are remarkable and I love she can wax my brows too ! Thanks Lisa you always do a great job !!! I love your personality and your cuts too . P.S. I love the salon you picked it is so cute and clean !!!! I went to see lisa because she works sundays which is so convient for me . She did a wondeful haircut , highlights and fabulous blowdry . She even does waxing so I was able to get may eyebrows done too ! I'm so glad I found her . Since she's done my hair and brows I have receivied so many complements . I will definetly be back to Lisa . Pros: open sundays , waxing ,great parking Cons: none everything was great

I visit this salon because Alyssa S. now works there. I have followed her to several salons because she always gives me a great cut. I have short hair and it is hard to hide mistakes, so I have learned my lesson and even though this salon is a good hour from where I live, I trek out there every few months so Alyssa can style my hair.

I have searched everywhere to find a good stylist but once I met Nikki my search ended>> She is absolutely amazing ..I have been seeing her for a lil over 4 years now, She makes sure Im 110% happy before I leave the salon every time! I have sent over 5 people to her which are all completely ecstatic about finding a truly talented and kind hairstylist. I cant say enough about her except that I love that girl! She has completely changed how I look and feel daily! speaking of which I need to make my appointment tomorrow!!

So I love my stylist, Alyssa. She is amazing with both color and cuts, and she works around my schedule, which is awesome. Seriously, though, I just have to say something. Who are we kidding about the receptionist?! He's NOT friendly in any shape or form. A receptionist is the first person you see when you walk in the door or the person you talk to when you call, and luckily I've established my relationship with Alyssa and therefore the salon, or else I would wonder if my business was really wanted. I'm sure he's a great person and all, but as a receptionist, not so much. That's really my only complaint about the salon. Note to receptionist: Don't hang up on people when they call, smile, and act like you happy to see clients when they walk in the door. Pros: Alyssa Cons: Receptionist

I have been a client of Tammy's for many years. She always does such a great job and I'm always happy with what she does with my hair. The salon has such a great atmosphere and is so charming! When I'm there, I'm always in a good mood! As for the negative review below - it's frankly hard to believe. Everyone, from the receptionist to the stylists play a huge role in the aura and uniqueness of the salon. If you're in a bad mood and can't get over it there, then you probably won't be able to anywhere. I think that accents are hot and that the receptionist speaks very good English. Can?t wait to go back! Pros: Atmosphere, Friendliness

I have been going to Tamara Dahill Salon for over ten years. I love the way Tamara colors and cuts my hair. I always leave the salon feeling prettier as well as a happier person because of the kindness of Tamara as well as her staff. I have seen employees at the salon come and go through the years. I usually have mixed emotions when an employee leaves the salon because I know I will miss them, but at the same time I am happy and excited for their decision to make a change in their lives, move on to new opportunities, move to a new city, etc. Change is good and we are always in a state of flux whether we know it or not. Ok, enough philosophy from me. The main reason for my review is to herald an amazing sort-of-new addition to Tamara's staff. He is the receptionist and his name is Ingus (hope I spelled his name correctly). This particular receptionist is like a breath of fresh air. He as a great sense of humor, he works hard, he is kind and thoughtful as well as very good looking! The salon operates like clock work when he is around, and I always look forward to having him great me as I arrive for my salon appointment. THANKS TAMARA FOR A STELLAR HIRE! Pros: friendly staff, on time, highly skilled
