Little Louie's Red Hots in the heart of downtown Northbrook is one heck of a Chicago hot dog. Yep complete with celery salt and you don't have to ask! But you will have to yell across a crowded room so don't be shy. Their french fries are to die for also. Everyone in there is a kid from 1 to 100 lined up all the way out the door down the side walk! You can eat inside at tables, but good luck with all the strollers in there. Doesn't matter, Northbrook is a beautiful town of parks. Enjoy!

Fabulous place! The owner Pete has really updated the place while keeping the old hot dog joint alive. My favorite is the Chicken Avocado Wrap and the Steak Tacos. The tortilla soup is amazing. The fries are the best around. It is such a wonderful place to take the kids...Pete knows them all by name and by what they eat! You don't see that very much anymore...We had my daughter's sweet sixteen here and her friends are still raving about it! Definitely check it out - the quality really stands out! Pros: Family Friendly, Easy, Fresh, Delicous, Variety Cons: Fries are fattening!
