This is an excellent Northern Italian Fine Dinning Establishment.The Lake Superior White Fish is the best there is through out the Chicago Land area. The menu is diversified, but always excellent. Nothing could possibly disappoint. The staff is A#1 or they don't work there long. When they are trained by Guido or family they become family. This is one of the best of the best in the Chicago Land Area. Do not miss it.

These people were literally sneezing on our plates. They refused to let my 3 year old daughter hold a cheap tea cup, fearing she might break it, and wouldn't let her play with the sugar packets at the table, telling her it was forbidden. They also didn't want to move our high chair where my wife wanted it placed - even though the restaurant was completely empty! Oh, and the food was horrible.
You have been warned.
Pros: none
Cons: they hate children!

I can smell this Chicago Pizza all the way from the Rocky Mountains of Chicago. I'd start walking now if I could. The fact is that Chicago Pizza is thin, not thick. Tonelli's makes it the right way. But no they don't stop at Pizza. Whatever you ask for you will be happy. Bring the family, it's very family oriented. It's a fun upbeat wonderful place. Enjoy.

After a recent dinner excursion to Tonelli's Restaurant with my husband and some of his family, I'd have to say that it's a reliable local Italian spot. The overall atmosphere reminded me more of a pancake house than of similarly priced chain restaurants like Olive Garden. What Tonelli's lacks in atmosphere and in service, however, it easily makes up in its variety and quality of entrées and substantial wine list. If you're in the mood for anything ranging from ribs to veal, they've got it. Don't forget to try their herb-infused olive oil provided for dipping. An overall casual but very filling meal, and you're almost guaranteed to leave with a doggie bag.

Szechwan Kingdom is by far my favorite chinese restuarant I've ever eaten at. Their lunch buffet is FAR above the standard level of quality. Everything is fresh, hot, and cooked to perfection.
My favorite meal here is the Sesame Chicken. I also adore their crab rangoon. My family takes me here every year for my birthday, and we get the family meal and it's really filling and a great value.
I can't say enough good things about this place, I've yet to find someone who doens't enjoy the restaurant.

While out of range for me, I manage to get here occasionally.
Sunset Foods is an upscale local supermarket. They specialize in fresh meats and also ready to eat deli delicacies. Theuir fresh bakery also has some great iems, including my favorite, peanut butter brownies.
They also have a selection of more traditional supermarket items, with some upscale brands.
It's well worth a visit.
