While I have a primary doctor in this practice, over the years I've seen a number of the doctors. They are all friendly and I find that they are excellent listeners. There is always time at the beginning of the appointment to talk about any questions or things I'd like to bring up, then the exam starts. The office staff is kind and considerate as well. This group affiliated with a number of good, large hospitals which is also comforting, should the need arise! One office in Northbrook, one in Skokie.

All the doctors that I dealt with are excellent, however the administrative staff is completely incompetent. They are rude to patients, lose their paperwork and not proficient in medical terminology, therefore can not answer any questons. Some of my friends transferred to other doctors mainly because of their frustration with the staff. I'm thinking of transferring also.

All the doctors that I dealt with are excellent, however the administrative staff is completely incompetent. They are rude to patients, lose their paperwork and not proficient in medical terminology, therefore can not answer any questons. Some of my friends transferred to other doctors mainly because of their frustration with the staff. I'm thinking of transferring also.

While I have a primary doctor in this practice, over the years I've seen a number of the doctors. They are all friendly and I find that they are excellent listeners.
