I was just charged $50 for a missed appointment! I've missed other appointments before, and now all of a sudden, they come up with this. I didn't get a call or a warning. I would rate their service... More
I was just charged $50 for a missed appointment! I've missed other appointments before, and now all of a sudden, they come up with this. I didn't get a call or a warning. I would rate their service a big zero, but this site doesn't go any lower. And they wouldn't even give me the courtesy for dismissing this charge even if this is the first time I missed their appointment. EDIT: I just got a call that they waived my charge. Apparently, it was written in the contract I signed in 2005 that this would happen. As if it matters, I'm not going back there again.

I made sure to clarify what was and was not covered by my insurance.
When I went in for my service, the Dr. was working on my teeth when she tells me "You know your insurance does not cover this."!!! I had no choice- I had to pay whatever they said because they told me too late.
I would not go there again!
