I love 7-11!!! They usually have the lowest gas prices in our area, and always have great sales on fountain drinks, my addiction! The kids do love their slurpees, and they mix them all... ugh! Even the sour grape! It is a great spot to get gas, drinks, food and the paper!!! Their prices are great, but the best thing is their customer service. The clerks always have a smile, and when they recognize you it's really nice!
They also have a pump starter card, all you do is let them get a copy of your license, and you get the card, so you don't have to always go in and prepay... I love that!

Game stop is my families number one place to shop for games. They will order you games and hold your name on them so no one can buy them but you. You know how you get tired of your old games and they just sit there and collect dust. Well Game Stop will actually give you something for them. You can use the credits toward your next purchase. Game stop always has the new releases. The workers are very helpful at finding exactally what you want. They have used games that you can get for cheap, stuff people didn't want anymore but you may. Stop at the Game Stop and see what I mean its a pretty cool store. That gives you great potintial.

I origninally discovered The Melting Pot while looking for a nice candle shop. I love candles, but get tired of the same varietys offered by most chain stores. I fell in love with The Melting Pot on my very first visit!!! In fact, I visited to buy some unique candles, which I did get, but I got hooked on The Melting Pot because of the many other services they offer!!!
If you want candles or supplies, this is definitely the store for you, but they offer one stop shopping for so many other items and services as well!
They offer a full service beauty salon, including wonderful skin treatment services! They will pamper your entire body and mind... well worth the money!
They also offer many wonderful gift shopping ideas for Christmas, or any occasion, including custom picture frames, for those precious photos you want to send to parents or grandparents!
One thing that really sets The Melting Pot apart from other candle/gift shops is the many services they offer, including Credit and Debt Counseling!
I guarantee, once you take advantage of just a few of the services offered, you will get to know and respect their employees, as I do. You will want to visit The Melting Pot as often as possible!!!
I highly recommend The Melting Pot to anyone who is new to the area, or just wasn't aware of all the wonderful services they offer!

Sun Tailor is really great for alterations. The seamstress is very pleasant. She has altered the hem of my daughters formal dresses, ( It was perfect!) She has altered a suit to lengthen the coat and pants for my son. I would highly recommend her services. BTW they also sell suits, rent tux and have shirts and ties for sale.

I love this store, you can get all kinds of paper supply for cards, resumes, invitations and cute little accessories. This is norman neighbourhood hallmark. But this is way more better than your hallmark. I really love it here and they have a really nice and serene environment. Next time when you go to main street, dont forget to check out this store.

My son had his fifth birthday, and wanted to buy his Grandmothers some flowers. We went into Betty Lous, and the nicest ladies helped him pick out some flowers that would be special to each. They made little corsages for him to give his Grandmas at the party. They were so patient and kind, we ended up getting other things too. He was so proud to have his special gift to give that day. We have been going back ever since.

Because the owner bakes all of her goodies in the back, the store is filled with amazing smells. This truly is a great place to pick up your favorite dessert - the best is her Sour Cream Fudge cupcakes. Anyone who has tried one will vouch for them... they are amazing.
Other than the delicious food, she has a great selection of gift shop items and, of course, cards. There is always a smiling face greeting you when you enter.

This is a cute little storefront on campus corner in walking distance from OU. It is a small franchise store They have all sorts of bath products, lotions, gels, bubble bath, salts, dog shampoo, men's items, baby items, and you then get to personalize them by picking a scent and color. She has hundreds of scent oils to choose from and they can all be mixed. This makes a great gift, you can buy an empty bottle and the person can take it in to make their own product. She also does birthday parties.
